GIVE THE GIFT OF SHOPPING. The Dixie Outlet Mall Gift Card is accepted at any of our 130 brand name outlets and clearance stores and available in any amount (small, medium or extra large!) Available for purchase at Guest Services.

Automated Teller Machines can be found at each of our three banks:

• CIBC Instant Teller Machine (Silver corridor)
• Bank of Montreal (Payless ShoeSource corridor)
• Scotiabank and Trust (near the Orange entrance)

Public Telephones can be found at the Teal, Red, Yellow, Blue, Purple, Orange, and Silver Entrances.

Washrooms are all wheelchair accessible, and located:

• In the Food Court
• Beside Jacob (near Yellow Entrance) 

Family Washroom is available for little ones and their parents, and equipped with a toddler-size rest area and a private nursing/feeding area with child's play space.

Lockers. We are pleased to offer single use lockers, located near the Yellow Entrance.

Bike Racks.  We have four bike racks conveniently located at our Red, Blue, Purple and Silver Entrances. 

Children’s Strollers. Self service single strollers are located in the Teal Entrance (near Winners). Rental fees are $4.00 with a $1.00 refund upon return. Cash and credit cards are accepted. 

Wheelchairs and Walkers. Wheelchairs and Walkers are  available at the Guest Services Kiosk located near the Yellow Entrance (near Laura Secord). They are available during regular shopping centre hours on a first-come, first-served basis.
